From the highlands of Quindío, this Castillo Natural by Cesar Buesaquilla captures the soul of Colombian coffee. Grown and processed on his family farm, La Esmeralda, in Buenavista Quindío, Cesar handpicks ripe cherries and uses a natural, extended fermentation to highlight the coffee’s tropical character.

The result is a juicy, aromatic cup with vibrant notes of ripe cherries and a gentle vanilla undertone, balanced by a rounded body.

This coffee is more than flavor — it’s Cesar’s life work. Every bean reflects care, tradition, and a deep connection to the land. 

This coffee has been roasted by Giullia Sbardelot from SO Coffee Roasters  in Porto, Portugal.
